Do you want to help create the best conditions for equal education? At the Swedish National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools, SPSM, we work to ensure that all children, students, and adult learners with disabilities achieve their educational goals. We also operate our own special schools in various locations across Sweden.

We are now looking for new employees for the Special Educational Counseling Department. Through our special educational counseling, we provide professionals and organizations with support to develop an equal, accessible, and health-promoting education for children and students with disabilities. The support we provide should be preventive and promoting, aiming for long-term and sustainable results. The special educational support should facilitate preschools, schools, and authorities in providing an equal education according to the requirements of the Education Act across all school forms.

The Counseling Department is a nationally distributed department with a total of about 140 counselors, divided into 9 units with offices from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. The units are led by unit managers, and we are now seeking 1 counselor for Counseling Unit 7, with placement at our office either in Växjö or Kalmar.
